Tiered Consulting is a small boutique consulting company in the business of helping small business owners manage their dreams.  Located on the shores of Lake MI, Tiered Consulting is your local connection to getting things done.  

Established in 2019

Tiered Consulting was established to serve a market that I believe is under-served.  Small business owners get so wrapped up in running the day-to-day that eventually, the back office suffers.  Planning, reconciling, balancing accounts - all the important metrics - take a back seat to all the other efforts that are needed to bring cash in the door.  

Tiered Consulting is about sharing the skills that I've honed over the past 25 years to help you build business stability, one layer at a time.

My Goal

Tiered Consulting was established with one goal in mind: help people with their business.  Period.  If it sounds simple, that's because it is.  I want my clients to know that I'll be working to help make their lives easier.  I want my clients not to worry about details that may keep them up at night.  Ultimately, I want to help my clients spend less time IN their business and more time ON their business.  ​

Our Team

Laura Reznich
President and Founder

Laura is a graduate of Michigan State University with a BA in Accounting and of the Walsh School of Business where she received her Masters in Science with a Finance designation.  A native of metro Detroit, she spent her early career years in the automotive industry and when the opportunity arose to move North, she took it!  The next 17 years were spent working for a local manufacturing company where she honed her skills in Accounting and Finance, ultimately serving as the Director of Finance and Assistant Treasurer for the very same company.  She resides in the beautiful city of Frankfort with her husband, 2 kids, and 3 dogs.
